Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Part-Time Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO. This is a flexible, part-time role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple priorities with precision and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:
- Manage and organise the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports as required.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls, emails, mail), ensuring timely responses on behalf of the executive.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Travel and Event Coordination:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and events, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
- Prepare necessary materials and agendas for meetings and events.

Communication:
- Draft and proofread emails, reports, and correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Project Assistance:
- Assist with the preparation and tracking of special projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams on various organizational initiatives.

Office Management:
- Ensure the executive’s office is organized and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Assist with office administration and coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments as needed.
