Paynter Dixon are excited to enter the South Australian market with a new 40 million dollar shopping centre complex starting in the new Riverlea development. With a strong pipeline of work in South Australia, they are looking to bring on board their next Senior Project Manager!
The Opportunity:
The Senior Project Manager will assist the Construction Manager in managing the project, project team and stakeholders in accordance with project briefs and documentation. You will also assist with the strategic planning and management of the Construction program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all construction programming and planning
- Management of Inspection Test Plans
- Management and performance of Procurement in accordance with Programme

Manage all incomplete design and documentation until project completion

Investigate and implement cost saving initiatives

Procure documents and put tender packages together when required

Prepare contracts and manage execution when required

Submit variations and liaise with Client representatives to gain formal approval

Update the budget to reflect any variations

Ensure processing of project invoices is in accordance with PD timeline

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and all relevant Paynter Dixon policies and procedures
What We're Looking For:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
-
Recognised trade certificate or degree qualification
-
Knowledge of WHS & Environmental legislation, Codes of Practice and Standards as they apply to the construction industry

8+ years experience in a similar role - Highly desirable
