Paynter Dixon are excited to enter the South Australian market with a new 40 million dollar shopping centre complex starting in the new Riverlea development. With a strong pipeline of work in South Australia, they are looking to bring on board their next Contract Administrator!
The Opportunity:
The Contract Administrator will report into the Project Manager and work closely to develop
planning strategies, procurement schedules, budgets, subcontract tender lettings and cost control administration compliant with the Paynter Dixon Integrated Management System (IMS).
Key Responsibilities:

Manage subcontract tender procedures for projects in accordance with the IMS

Preparation of subcontracts or small works agreements

Setting up Subcontractors in Procore and hammertech at contract award stage

Utilise the Company's CHEOPS software package to monitor and report expenditure to budget

Assess and negotiate subcontract variations to obtain best possible value

Participate in subcontract co-ordination meetings as required

Manage site verification of all subcontract progress claims

Ensure all variations, small works agreements, subcontractor and purchase orders are entered into Cheops and kept up to date
What We're Looking For:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
-
BA degree in construction management and/or engineering
-
3+ years experience in a similar role - Highly desirable

Strong attention to detail and time management skills
