About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Personal Assistant to join a leading national law firm in Adelaide. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Partners within a practice group, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and helping the team meet productivity and client service goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage diaries and calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments.

Process billing and manage accounts

Maintain accurate file management, including photocopying, faxing, binding, and organizing documents.

Perform general administrative tasks such as drafting and typing correspondence.

Assist with debtor collections and ensure timely processing of bills.

Handle client queries with professionalism, ensuring excellent communication and client satisfaction, especially when the team is unavailable.

Provide paralegal support when required, including legal research, document drafting, and liaising with clients.

Assist in the coordination of marketing initiatives alongside the Marketing team.

About You:
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a demanding workload. You must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information. Previous experience in diary management, billing and file management is essential.
