This role is based 15 minutes North of the CBD.
Key Responsibilities of Future Roles:

- Travel Arrangements: Organise domestic and international travel.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare board papers, reports, and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Manage executive meetings and ensure follow-up actions.
- Correspondence Management: Handle high-level, confidential correspondence.
- Event coordination: Coordinate large events for the organisation.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives.

- Organisation: Outstanding multitasking and time management skills.
- Problem Solver: Ability to proactively anticipate needs and resolve challenges.
