About the Role:
Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for an Asset Finance Specialist to join their team on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to identify their needs and their objectives
- Investigate and evaluate the best possible solutions to meet the clients needs and objectives
- Prepare and complete application summary and lodgement via required platform
- Follow up and liaise with lenders to obtain formal approval
- Identify alternative solutions to meet clients objectives
- Advising client of settlements
- Liaising with the various stakeholders ensuring clear communication is maintained across all parties
- Maintaining responsible lending compliance and legislative compliance
To be successful for this role:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Asset Finance role or Banking/Finance Broking industry
- Certificate IV or Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (preferred)
- Experience with understanding and reading financial reports
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Experience across various lender platforms is advantageous
