To support the company's trajectory, we're looking for a skilled Senior Analyst to join the finance team.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with senior management to produce accurate and insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and operational standards at the business unit level, working closely with regulatory bodies as needed.

  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive financial forecasts and models in partnership with cross-functional teams.

  • Aid in the creation of annual financial budgets and track performance against strategic objectives, providing actionable insights through KPI monitoring.

  • Assist in audit-related tasks, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place.

  • Support the creation of business unit and group-wide valuation models to inform key financial decisions.

  • Play a key role in the integration of newly acquired businesses, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in mid to large corporates (Revenue: $80m+) and Big 4 accounting firm background.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance.

  • Qualified and current member of CAANZ or CPA.

  • Knowledge of financial analysis and modelling, with the ability to develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar desirable.
