The Business and Office Support division at EGM is extremely busy with a number of temporary, contract and permanent opportunities. We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, hardworking, and professional administrators for NFP, Medical, Community Services & Aged Care industries. We have multiple positions available in a variety of locations around greater Adelaide.

Currently we are looking for experienced and knowledgeable office support professionals to fulfil a variety of immediately available positions. If you have experience in the following areas we would love to chat to you:

  • Reception
  • Administration
  • Customer support
  • Schedulers

The successful candidate will have :

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a reception, administration or customer service position
  • An empathetic, calm and professional nature
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Sound problem solving skills with the ability to use your initiative

You will be a solid all-rounder who can demonstrate exposure to a variety of administration support tasks. You will be driven to achieve, passionate and take pride in your work. You will be adaptable, flexible and like variety. If you have a caring and empathetic nature and are looking for your next administrative opportunity please reach out.
