We are looking for multiple Entry Level Executive Assistants that have a strong background in administration support who are looking for their next challenge in supporting an Executive Team. This role will be responsible for the smooth operations of the day to day events of the business, as well assisting the Executive Team with high level administrative support.
Specific accountabilities include
- Office Management Services, including building maintenance, office equipment and office consumables
- Diary management, appointment scheduling and correspondence
- Communication with internal and external stakeholder
- General administrative support
Skills and experience
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an administration capacity
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with high level of self-awareness;
Advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
To be successful in this role you must have high attention to detail, organisational and time management skills, great initiative and superior problem-solving skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
You will be self-motivated with strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement, reliable and punctual, resilient, agile and possess a willingness to be a hands-on team member who can work autonomously and contribute to the team.
