Reporting directly to the Head of Cyber Security and Enterprise Technology, the Cyber Technology Analyst will be providing their technical expertise and guidance to key internal stakeholders.

Furthermore from a technical perspective, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing cyber security operational risk, threat, vulnerability and incident response advice and action plans to optimise the technical response and recovery processes whilst minimising any business impacts
  • Monitoring and assessing project initiatives and BAU operations for areas of cyber risk relating to technology, its implementation, design or operational state
  • Reviewing and cyber incident response planning, providing technical input against current industry trends and standards
  • Governing and reporting on cyber risk relating to IT product lifecycle management, vulnerability risk posture, Vendor operations and cyber capabilities
  • Managing 3rd party vendor cyber risk assessments, assurance and compliance programs


The Cyber Technology Analyst will be expected to contribute to the Elders culture and display the Elders values. To compliment this:

  • Proven expertise and experience in a Security Operations role within a SOC, SIEM & CERT environment including maintenance of cyber security operational services, standards and operational documentation for complex business systems and environments
  • Proven expertise in applying security operations principles, practices, processes and procedures within enterprise operational environments and standards
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline - I.T. (Security), Engineering, Audit or business major
  • Relevant specialist qualification in Cyber or Information Security desirable (CISSP, CISA. CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, GIAC, or similar MSCE IRAP, SABSA Certified)
