To add to the HR Team's capability, we are looking for an experienced HR Partner to proactively partner with the organisation to enable the delivery of quality outcomes for the business.



About The Role


The HR Partner role works across all levels of the business through delivering best practice HR advice and service to Leaders and Stakeholders. This is a permanent full time role based in Port Adelaide.


In this role you will be responsible for:


  • Supporting stakeholders on day to day operational matters delivering a high standard of service by being responsible, reliable and ensuring a solutions focused approach
  • Assist with managing Industrial Relations ensuring appropriate and fair outcomes
  • Advising on best HR practices
  • Providing advice on Employee Relations with accurate interpretation and advice on EAs and assisting with grievance and disciplinary matters
  • Assisting and supporting with employee training and development
  • Driving employee engagement and company culture


About You:
We are looking at someone who is a doer, a go-getter and enjoys contributing at all levels. We want someone with good attention to detail and passion for continuous improvement. Ideally you will have:
  • 3-5 years in a senior HR role
  • Experience contributing to operational goals and performance
  • Experience in setting up processes, systems and driving improvements
  • Experience developing wellbeing and employee benefits programs
