About The Role 

The primary purpose of the Account Manager role is to deliver excellent service to business customers. As part of this, you will be managing and retaining strategic accounts for The Optus Business Centre by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. The role will require you to serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. The Account Manager will need to be highly motivated, energetic with a can-do attitude to exceed business targets.

About You

A proven track record in telecommunications, face-to-face and telephone relationship building, as well as being able to prospect new business customer opportunities is vital for success in this role. 

On top of this, you will bring to this role:

  • The ability to identify new business opportunities to grow business among existing customers.
  • The ability to develop and implement client relationship management strategies.
  • The ability to handle customer queries and provide timely solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • The ability to service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
