​Leed has over 160 staff and an extensive fleet of plant and equipment that allow them to ‘self-perform’ on most of their projects.

Leed is currently delivering a range of exciting projects across the Eastern seaboard and in South Australia. These projects include a framework of water, road and civil infrastructure projects for the Snowy 2.0 Scheme; a reservoir complex to increase potable water storage for towns in the Whitsunday region; a pipeline to provide water security to a township in central NSW; drainage works to protect an Adelaide park from flooding; and roadworks to improve road transport corridors in regional SA.


As a result of this success, Leed is currently recruiting a Submissions Manager role for their Melbourne office.

In this role your responsibilities include:
  •  Manage and prepare the entire EOI's, RFP's and ECI's responses
  • Develop, produce and maintain high quality submissions across the team
  • Manage and support the BID Coordinator
  • Ensure that required bid copy and graphics are consistently seen as creative and progressive
  • Continually improve general Submission Library content
  • Organise meetings and workshops as required
  • Support the team with preparation for presentations
About You:
  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • Excellent writing skills and interpretation of technical language
  • Demonstrated experience in submission preparation, communications, desktop graphics
  • Track record in Construction , Engineering or similar sectors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Can work effectively in a team and autonomously
