Key Duties:

  • Create new accounts to meet sales and market share targets.

  • Drive a new brand in the Australian marketplace.

  • Liaise with the International head office to report on growth strategy.

  • Maintain close contact with customers and potential customers to ensure the company's products continue to meet customers’ requirements and gather market information regarding future requirements.

  • Identify and investigate product development and improvement opportunities

  • Coordinate presentations, highlighting company products and service capabilities in a planned strategy to develop profitable business.

  • Identify effective opportunities for advertising & promotion in the marketplace.

 

About you:

  • Degree qualified (engineering or business) with 3-5 years-experience in the HVAC industry.

  • Experience in outlining growth opportunities.

  • Strong commercial acumen, business development and relationship building skills.

  • Understanding of the industry products, market drivers, innovation and market research.

  • Excited about a genuine opportunity to play a key role in the development of a new venture destined to be the talk of the industry.
