About the Company

Accolade Wines is a leading global wine company, producing some of the world’s best known and loved brands. Their global capabilities span the entire spectrum from wine supply and production, to sales & marketing and distribution.

What They Need

They are seeking a Procurement Commercial Analyst to support the delivery of procurement activities for their Operations and Supply Chain, with the aim being to ensure achievement of value delivery targets. You will be working in a small team, supporting the execution of the sourcing policy to Accolade’s Australian and New Zealand operations.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the implementation of effective procurement practices within the Australian
  • Operations, with the objective of meeting business requirements for assurance of supply, quality, service, cost and innovation and regulatory compliance
  • Responsible for the provision of robust analytics to support the procurement decision making process of goods/services, strategy development and negotiation strategies in implementing supply agreements, collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Improve systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of service for Accolade Wines and its customers
  • Support procurement in preparing, with the support of the Legal team, contracts, tenders and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Assist in gathering data to monitor performance of suppliers for supplier management reviews as appropriate

Your Experience

  • Experience associated with 3-5 years financial analysis role within a manufacturing environment
  • Advanced capability with Excel and MS Office packages and ERP – prefer JDE
  • Demonstrable experience in procurement or finance function
  • Demonstrable experience as an advocate of change


  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in a financial role
  • CPA/ICCA or IPA qualified (or working towards - desirable)
  • Driver’s licence
