We are thrilled to be partnering with them to find their next critical role, Human Resources Support Manager.
About the Role
This is a newly created role reporting to the General Counsel to provide HR advice and support to the divisional General Managers across the organisation . This role will be responsible for developing an employee-oriented, high-performance culture with an emphasis on empowerment, safety, quality and excellence and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. You will also be responsible for:
- Development and implementation of all HR strategies and initiatives
- Review and manage recruitment relationships
- Review and develop training and on-boarding processes
- Mentoring Managers on ER and IR issues
- Develop health and safety strategies and processes
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager who has solid working knowledge across HR disciplines including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, coaching, change management, training and development, and organisational development. You will be an energised and methodical person who enjoys working in a varied, fast paced environment. This is a high performing culture and company, you will need strong business accumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills to be able to take HR to the next level.
