About the Role:

The role of Employment Services Administration Manager will be responsible for the centralised administration functions for Employment Services nationally, ensuring all activities meet performance and compliance requirements whilst maintaining the appropriate level of customer service within a call centre environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

Lead, manage, coach and develop the performance and targets for the Employment Services administrative team

Ensure administration and operations functions are undertaken to a high quality and within required time frames and agreed service levels.

Ensure the compliance of relevant Deed, guideline and policy requirements.

Adhere to the Quality and Safety Management System and assist with continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Employment Services experience (at least three years) in a senior or administrative based role.

Certificate 4 in Administration, Management, Employment Services or Career Development or similar

Call centre experience desirable.

To be successful in this role you will have experience developing and documenting business processes, procedures, forms and high-level business documents.   You will have exceptional interpersonal communication, with the ability to present information to a diverse range of groups and stakeholders.  In addition, you will have superior administration skills and can proficiently use MS suite of packages, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  You will be a strong people leader, who builds positive relationships.  You will have a can do attitude, with a hands on approach.  You will be supportive, encouraging and resilient.
